You are better off just going into the gpedit.msc if you aren’t familiar with registry.. and will break something.
start >> run >> gpedit.msc
expand “Administrative Template”
expand “Windows Components”
look at the bottom for Automatic Upadates.. then in the right screen.. right click on them and go to “properties”
If you really want registry updates.. this link shows their values etc..
